A: Our flowers are 100% real. They are carefully treated to preserve their natural appearance and texture.

  • Avoid humidity and water exposure
  • Do not press or crush the petals
  • Keep them in a dry, cool environment

Q: Do preserved flowers require watering?
A: No, preserved flowers do not require any watering or maintenance.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Opened or customized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
